I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fifth Third in Feb 2023
Interview
Learned about an open hiring event through one of the Regional Executives on LinkedIn. Set my resume to them and it was forwarded to an area recruiter. The recruiter called and did a prescreen interview over the phone about a week later, and then setup an in person interview with the hiring manager at the branch location the following week. Meet and interviewed with the branch hiring manager, and then received an offer of employment the following day. (Roughly 2 weeks after my initial contact on LinkedIn I was extended an offer of employment.)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: Tell us about you and your background? Q: Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years? Q: If hired, what conflicts if any would you have with the position?
It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your supervisor/colleauges?
Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fifth Third in June 2023
Interview
First, there was a brief phone call with the recruiter (to discuss pay expectations and provide a brief explanation of your previous experience), followed by an in-person interview directly with the manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions in the in-person interview were mostly behavioral. For example, tell me about a time when you disagreed with your team, what is your greatest strength, etc.
