Human Resource contacted me and scheduled an interview. The scheduled call interview. HR asked how would manage challenging employees? How would I administered correction action to employees. How would I stay up to date on technology improvements.
This was a straight forward process that started with a recruiter phone call. The recruiter asked basic questions about interests, job history, experience, etc. The next round would have been with the hiring manager.
