FiftyForward interview questions

After a month of contact, filling out questions, speaking on the phone, etc, I was invited as one of the 4 finalists for the in-person interviews. The interview went great, and they said they would get back to me by the middle of the next week. It's now been 3 weeks with no word - I even wrote back and gently asked if there was more information I could share. Nothing. At least say you're going with someone else instead of leaving it hanging.
