I applied online. I interviewed at FigBytes in May 2021

Interview

3 -month long process. Everybody in the department interviewed including the staff who was supposed to report to this position. After 6 rounds, HR sent an email asking for my professional references. She then sent an email to my existing manager asking for a meeting. My existing manager later shared that HR never called him after requesting a meeting and in fact asked for a reference check or me and another person in the email (weird). Very unprofessional and confusing process.
