Fiit interview questions

I received a call from one of their recruitment team about 1 week after applying. We had a short chat essentially walking through the job requirements and how they aligned with my experience and then setup a call to speak with some team members. I had a call about a week later with 2 team members (one from finance and one from data science); this was about 1 hour long and we had a very detailed chat about the role and the company and how my experience aligned. The only negative was that I then didn’t hear from them for over 2 weeks, after which I just received an email saying thank you for the interview but they didn’t wish to proceed. Completely understandable if it doesn’t appear there is a match but some sort of feedback justifying this would always be helpful. But otherwise, a positive experience.
