I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fiit (London, England) in Apr 2021
Interview
I received a call from one of their recruitment team about 1 week after applying. We had a short chat essentially walking through the job requirements and how they aligned with my experience and then setup a call to speak with some team members.
I had a call about a week later with 2 team members (one from finance and one from data science); this was about 1 hour long and we had a very detailed chat about the role and the company and how my experience aligned.
The only negative was that I then didn’t hear from them for over 2 weeks, after which I just received an email saying thank you for the interview but they didn’t wish to proceed. Completely understandable if it doesn’t appear there is a match but some sort of feedback justifying this would always be helpful. But otherwise, a positive experience.

Interview
The hiring process was very well organised, I had clarity from day 1 and they moved me quickly through the stages. I managed to have 5 interviews in 2 weeks, meeting all the relevant team members. The hiring manager was extremely friendly and I got to meet the CEO and CPO, who were kind and energetic, everyone shares an amazing vibe.

Interview
Stage 2 of the application process required a time-consuming writing task that was split into 3 sub-tasks.
The company sent this task to too many candidates which delayed the application process, meaning it was four weeks until I heard back from them.
What I am most dissatisfied about is that Fiit refuses to provide feedback on these tasks due to the volume of applicants. This does not take into account the amount of time each applicant spent on these lengthy tasks (each task was approximately 300 words) and the time wasted waiting for a response from Fiit.
Overall, I am disappointed as I was an avid fan/user of Fiit prior to the situation. Refusing to send in feedback has seriously changed my opinion of the business.
