Interview
First had a phone call with the HR manager - simple straightforward screening questions. Then quickly scheduled an in-person 3 days later (I loved the fact that the process went so fast).
1.5 hrs in person with manager and SDR - really amazing culture and comfortable interview. It is honestly not an interview but more importantly a conversation to see if you align yourself to them and your future ambitions with the organization. Just visiting once, I can definitely tell this organization is going to be very amazing.

Interview
3 rounds of discussions: 1 with the team, then 1 with VP Sales, then a final approval by the CEO. The interview didn't really challenge or gauge for skills, but for early stage mindset/attitude/culture. It wasn't overly focused and the discussions with higher leadership don't necessarily have anything to do with the actual job, but more so of the broader vision of technology companies.
