I needed to travel to their Office (5-7 hours away) and spend 2 days there, completing untested challenges, that were increased respective also from the team, and the leadership considered as too complex and too time consuming for such a short amount of time.

I had a bad experience with the HR department in FileWave Düsseldorf. I sent the application in March, never got a reply. Then, I sent a reminder in July and the response was that after our phone interview we decided not to continue with you application. The funny part is: I never had any interview with them. After all this mess, I decided to withdraw my application.
