The content of the conversations included personal experiences, some scenario feedback and response examples, expertise summary, and one-on-one personal and company culture fit possibilities. The interview process for both the phone and onsite portions were a positive experience.
The interviewer requested a job application form be completed toward the end of the onsite interview, after the interviewer stated that the company would be interested in moving forward in the possible hiring process.
After these steps were completed, no additional communication was received from the company. It would have been expected that at least a form letter explaining that the company would be pursing other candidates, or that the position itself was postponed or cancelled, would be sent as a professional courtesy.
