Applied online then received a call where i was asked questions regarding my education and experience. Finally got an invitation for a job interview in Edinburgh, scotland. Interview lasted for 30-40 . Most questions were competency based questions.

Clear, only 1 stage along with an assessment that was attached to the interview. Two interviewers and lasted about 45 mins for the interview and had an hour for the assessment

Straight forward interview. Questions around their corporate behaviours were sent beforehand along with the core skills for each grade which was really helpful. Two questions that weren't shared were role specific.
Panel were friendly and asked any followup / probing questions. A written task was sent to complete following the interview.
