Financial Independence Group interview questions

Phone interview with vice president In person interview with 2 managers (at the same time) Shadow work of position for about 30 minutes, then back to one of the managers who interviewed and said they would be in touch. Heard back within the next 2 days

There were about 3 or 4 people but they were all very nice and friendly. The questions asked were mainly simple behavioral questions. They also ask about the technology skills you have and you have have to describe how you have used them in the past. Overall, the interview experience was very good.
