The HR screen was quick and fine.
The technical itself was with a potential team lead over video call and was one of the worst interview formats I've encountered.
It was a pure trivia quiz. The interviewer worked through a predefined list of questions with no depth or follow-up. No problem-solving. No system design. No discussion - just definitions recited back. If this is how the team evaluates senior engineers, it tells you a lot about the engineering culture.

HR call, two technical tests, behavioural interview. I passed all the stages then got rejected on the last question. The feedback was: we are looking for someone who is more passionate about Diversity and Inclusion. Pretty shocked and upset by this as I believe I gave a good answer and they did not say what was wrong with it.
