      Analyst Interview

      8 July 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Financial Times (London, England)

      Interview

Applied online, I then received an email from a recruiter 2 weeks later saying that they are interested in my application and would like me to complete a few questions on a google doc form. I completed the questions right away, the recruiter then told me that the answers will be review by the analytics manager. 3 weeks went by after several follow-up emails, I have finally received an automated email saying that I did not get the job. A long application process with no valuable outcome.

      Interview

Straight forward and friendly interviewer (was the manager hiring for the role). Asked questions based on skills required, one question was ‘how would you approach when asked to research this kind of topic’.
