I was completely unsatisfied with the overall process of the interview. It was kind of an horrible experience I have ever had so far. At the initial stage I had a technical round and was able to through it and progressed to the next round with the director. The second round was fine and later got the confirmation of me being considered for the position and the recruiter congratulated me for the selection and was also informed about hr round to be conducted sooner as the panel was not available. Having waited for more than three days and continues following up for the hr round, the hr herself called me up and informed that your profile has been kept on hold as they are still interviewing few more candidates for the position and that answer stunned me completely because, I had already received the confirmation about having been shortlisted for the position. After two-three days again got a call of having the hr discussion scheduled and eventually it got scheduled and that time I was relaxed but this time again they stunned me up by calling just before the scheduled time of hr discussion to have another round of discussion with management panel as they want to screen me again. Now here comes the twist in the process the lady who took my interview in the first round of interview the same lady was there in the final discussion and guess what, now she doesn't want to move ahead with my candidature as there are other candidates who can join them on early basis. A Big LoL... The proper way to waste the time of a candidate Honestly speaking I didn't like the process as the panel and interviewer were themselves were not clear about whom they want to consider for the position.
