Findhelp Director interview questions

Everyone I met during the process was really kind and cool, but the process took months and there were weeks between interviews. After several months and several interviews and a lot of time and heart invested , I received a boiler plate rejection from a person I had never interacted with. It was a bit disappointing after having spent so much time with them.
