Fine Dining Restaurant Group interview questions

Met one-on-one with Justin. Had a conversation about shared interests. He told me about the needs of the company and the big picture that the position in question would fit into. Asked about my experience and availability.

I submitted my resume at the main office. I was called for a one-on-one interview about two weeks later where I met with the general manager. The interview was personality based. Strengths and weaknesses questions, how you handle stress etc. I was called and offered a job about 1 month later and accepted.
