Very easy. Send CV over directly to them, they will call you back and invite for interview. At the interview, the hiring manager will do the talking so you don't need to do anything. I had an impression that the company does not focus on your skills or your experience, they focus on getting staff through the door so that they could survive. They know you will most likely not stay, so they don't care about you. They need someone to pick up the phone as offices can get busy at times and the phone keeps ringing all day. Expect a good atmosphere, lots of smiles and positivity, you will come out thinking this job is too good to be true. And oh boy you will be right...
