I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Finish Line (Santa Rosa, CA) in July 2015
Interview
It was a very informal interview process, with the typical interview questions. Basically once my manager met me and took me to the interview location, he wanted to hire me. Make a good first impression and it will help you out a lot. They just want someone who wants to work there.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
"What makes you right for the job?"
"When can you start?"
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history
The interview process typically includes an initial phone screening, followed by one or more interviews with team members or managers, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit, with potential for final-round evaluations.
interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
