Interview
They start off with a phone screening. The questions were easy and we set up a day for a personal interview. I went in to the store before opening time with one of the managers, and was reviewed by a series of questions. That was pretty much it.

When was a time that you had to overcome some adversity.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
