I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Finish Line in June 2008
Interview
Received a call inviting me to a 1:1 interview with the store manager. Attended the one-time interview, answering basic questions about myself and why I would be a good fit for the job. The interview was so laid back, and I was offered the position at the end. Since this is an athletics-based store, I would say that you could be forgiven if you don't come to the interview wearing a three piece suit (!), but don't come with jeans either. Business casual is best. Good luck!
