Applied and interviewed with a headhunter that had advertised the position as an office manager.
Second interview, Human Resources, where I was told I would be a "Task Master" training under someone for 6 months at 15% less salary than and no performance incentive as compared to what the Headhunter proposed.
Third Interview- with the person I would be training under. They were honest and candid about the challenges within the role and it was appreciated.
Fourth Interview with Financial Analyst that had been in the role for less than a year. Who proceeded to INTERROGATE me about my international process implementation experience for 45 minutes. This is a bait and switch of the LOWEST sort. Waste my time with Director level expectations at a Coordinator payband. I already know how this ends: I'm out....

Question 1
I knew 10 minutes into the fourth interview that I could not work for this individual.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FinishMaster (Indianapolis, IN) in July 2019
Interview
Initial screening with HR, then came the in-person with 3 current employees, then call with the offer and official paperwork. Everyone I talked to throughout this process was incredibly helpful and easy to get along with. Based off the Glassdoor reviews I saw on FM, I would say it didn't accurately represent how positive my experience was.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FinishMaster (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2019
Interview
Typical phone screen with recruiter that went well. A week later had a phone interview with the hiring manager that went well. Another week went by and was told they were making decisions about who to bring in for F2F interviews and would be updated. Never was, sent multiple emails requesting an update and finally a week later I sent an email saying that I assumed they were pursuing other candidates. Got a response in 10 minutes saying that they were. Process took 3 weeks and had to beg for updates. Unprofessional.
