Second interview, Human Resources, where I was told I would be a "Task Master" training under someone for 6 months at 15% less salary than and no performance incentive as compared to what the Headhunter proposed. Third Interview- with the person I would be training under. They were honest and candid about the challenges within the role and it was appreciated. Fourth Interview with Financial Analyst that had been in the role for less than a year. Who proceeded to INTERROGATE me about my international process implementation experience for 45 minutes. This is a bait and switch of the LOWEST sort. Waste my time with Director level expectations at a Coordinator payband. I already know how this ends: I'm out....
