Fink's Jewelers interview questions

The interview process itself is pretty standard and is usually with two interviews (a general and a follow-up). However, the company seems to be very old fashioned with their interview process and takes up to a few months before hearing a definite answer.

Both interviews were long and informal, for the most part. It felt very comfortable and I left thinking I had made a friend both times. I felt they went well, but the location I interviewed with is not excited about communicating with interviewees about where they are in the process. It has been over a month since the first interview, and I still do not know where I stand. It is my opinion that they are holding out for a man.
