Interview
I arrived for my interview that was scheduled for 9:30 am super excited and optimistic. The receptionist informed me that the manager was running a little behind but that she would be arriving shortly. I sat down in the gorgeous shop and waited.......and waited............and waited.
I waited 25 minutes, the receptionist walks up to me and informs me that the manager was just leaving Union Station (which is 30+ minutes from the location of the shop) and asked if I could wait for her. No, I was professional and on time I am not going to wait an extra hour for an interview. It clearly made it feel like my time wasn't worth anything to them, she didn't have the courtesy to call me and tell me in the morning anything. I informed the receptionist that I could not wait. She was like, "oh, ok well you can call her back an reschedule another interview."
No thanks, I don't want to work for a place like that even if the shop is truly beautiful. This was at their Cherry Hills location in Colorado.
