There were multiple rounds of interviews with key c-suite leaders. These interviews were all done by video conference. The first was telling me more about the role and basic questions.
Basic phone interview with hiring manager. Asked about my qualifications and experience. Once I gave my salary requirements immediately became interested in speaking to me further despite me being over qualified for the position.
It was timely and effective, the team was engaged. They went over core values and it felt productive. The communication and follow up was also clear for next steps, following completion of the interview.
