Interview
I've been contacted by a recruiter by email. She send a link to schedule a phone call. In two days the call happen. Just casual first interview.
Next day she scheduled technical test + interview with one of leads online (MS Teams).
In a couple more days they scheduled the last virtual interview with a manager and another lead.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
1st interview: General questions about experience, work ethic, and behavior,
2nd interview: Practical test (~18 questions in 45 minutes) multiply choice questions to guess a result from given code in not widely using language I got 65% and that was enough.
Second part - just easy going conversation with a team lead.
3rd interview. This one was easy too. Just told about myself again. Both managers were nice and asked several questions regarding documentation, dealing with customers, resolving issues.
