FireSeeds interview questions

1st round phone screening. Nice call with one person, about 25 minutes. Went over their business structure and that faith plays a big part in what they do and who they hire. Thought it went well and was told they were planning on moving to 2nd rounds the following week, but then never heard back. Surprising for a recruiting firm to ghost someone for an internal position when recruiters so frequently get ghosted by candidates.
