Waste of time. This is not a Project Coordinator role but rather a Contract Coordinator role; they called it a Processor. The ad advertises that you will also be involved in collecting other documents and helping with project closings, but that was not how the role was described during the interview.
I was given green lights by the Hiring Manager during both the phone screen and in-person interview about how my experience was a match, how they would factor that into compensation and gave me a tour but was still rejected. There doesn't appear to be an HR or recruiter person so it's just a manager handling it and communicating a bit weird about the process.
The actual supervisor had not read my resume and rarely asked questions, leaving the Contracts Manager to lead most of the interview. They don't have metrics for quality or quantity. They don't have a formal way of splitting the work either.
The pay for this job is $46,000–$55,000.
