It was a very easy process, I spoke with two managers (general manager and assistant manager) They asked what does hospitality look like to you? I answered that and was hired on the spot.
My interview process was pretty simple. I just walked in, talked to the chef, and then he asked me about what my availability was and if I was willing to work soon. That's about it.
