Interviewed with HR, then Hiring Manager, then VP of sales. Had to present a project to the VP Sales, who suggested post interview I go into store and chat with staff to get their opinion on the company, which I did. I heard nothing after a couple of weeks and then recieved a generic auto rejection email. I think if you have spent the time for three interviews and a few hours on a project presentation and then a showroom visit it would be a professional/respectful to at the very least send a personalised email or call. Perhaps that is just me, but if you are telling people how much you respect and value staff, you should extend that to candidates that have gone through the process.
