Phone screen, hiring manager (VP) round, another round after that. Phone screen was innocuous and run of the mill. The hiring manager hadn’t been in her role very long and she seemed insecure and honestly immature. Very judgmental and perhaps ageist. She didn’t seem to want to hire anyone with more experience than she had and it didn’t seem like she was collaborative. Didn’t end up moving on after the hiring manager interview but believe it’s for the best.
