First was a quick phone interview then I was called in for interview with one of the retail managers. The interview was pretty straight forward. There were a few questions that were tough but overall a moderate interview for any qualified candidate. Next I interviewed with someone from senior management. This interview was very similar to the first face to face interview and felt more like a final confirmation.
