The interview panel was one sided and lacked professionalism. An interview should be scheduled on time and not keep people waiting. I felt it was not fair at all because of the generic questions that were asked during the interview. The interview was very boring because anyone would cram a script and answer those Questions and was not engaging at all yet they are one major outdoor advertising firms and lack creativity. Best advice to anyone applying for a role there is to just memorize a script and you will be good to go.
