that that formal. manager that interviews probably doesnt even speak fluent english. interview will probably be in english/chinese. will have a test to take before you are able to complete the interview. test is not that hard, no calculator allowed.

First round with HR, basic behavioral questions.Went through this process smoothly.
Second round with the brand manager. Self introduction. Language skills and some co-worker got a math test. Availability comes the first place.

I was called by HR for a phone interview. In about a week later HR called again to set up a in person interview with the branch manager. It was pretty easy.
