First Ascent Climbing & Fitness interview questions

In person, group setting. Climbed with others, very based on how you interact socially. Climbing skill doesn't matter necessarily. The people are friendly and down to earth. Experience working with kids is a definite bonus.

The interview was in a group setting. It was a very relaxed atmosphere where several current employees and potential employees essentially hung out and climbed together. During the process the current employees would approach different applicants and ask questions.
