Telephone interview. Check Driving Licence and provide NI number. Asked about right to work in UK. Hourly wages explained, during training and post training. Asked about last 5 years employment history, any convictions etc. Then offered driving assessment date.

Started off with an informal chat about relevant experience, and they provided information about role and expectations. Followed by a practical sewing test using an industrial machine to check competency.

Long-ish interview, very friendly and polite. Very limited availability for interview, but we're able to reschedule when asked. Gave a good overview of the company and an idea how they worked, so very informative interview.
