The recruiter calls to set up a phone interview. they ask a lot of simply questions just to see if you are friendly and professional. The information is then forwarded to hiring manager. Hiring manager calls to set up a face to face interview. I interviewed with the branch manager and the manager of retail banking.

Interview
Branch Manager Interviewed as well as the Area Executive. They took turns asking questions. Lasted about an hour. You have to do your research because, they ask you what do you know about the company and got the offer the next day.

I submitted the application online on a Thursday and recieved a call from the recruiter on Monday. She left a message and I returned the call on Tuesday. Asked if I was still interested and set up a phone interview for Wednesday. Got a call from the Manager on Thursday. Asked when would be a good time for me to come in for a face to face interview. Had the face to face interview on Monday and recieved an offer on Tuesday.
