Called by HR and fixed a date. On the interview day, a panel of 3 folks (2 from your prospective unit and 1 from HR) ask random questions. 80% of questions were recited from a booklet they were obviously tired of reading. Next interview was with Deputy HR head and VP of my dept. Last chat was with the VP HR
