HR calls to pre-screen your resume/cover letter. Department heads will contact you for further interview questions and to meet in person if needed. The in-person interview was formal, yet informal and didn't take longer than 1 hour.

It was low key and question based? (This wasn't a complicated question for me to have a response to and they seemed to like my answer, however It was only one of many questions)
