First interview with local guy in his 50s. Acted like he knew a lot about computer science, but only surface educated and hobbist-level in my opinion. Did not take kindly to suggestions and ideas I made about the project he envisioned for this job. Was looking for a "yes-man" to do all the coding and receive no credit if the project was a success. Did not keep last person in this position past the probation period. Project was a failure and he needed someone to take the fall. Second interview was better, but I decided the work environment wasn't for me and received offers at other companies.
