You have a call with HR to talk about the pisition and initial screening questions, then do a small cash aptitude test and a final interview. Pretty simple and standard as far as an interview process goes.

Interview
Applications are submitted to an outside HR company that handles all of FMBs hiring and HR needs. They are pretty quick to respond, however the process is, by their own admission, lengthy. Typical questions and description of the job and benefits right off the bat. You must complete a teller test and cannot use a Mac to do so, which was frustrating for me but I was able to find a different computer to submit this portion. Simple test looking at the basics of what you know in relation to being a teller. Once that is submitted it took about a week, all references were called and then an interview with the branch manager is set up.
