First National interview questions

Standard interview questions. The process begins with a simple screening phone call from the HR department. Then if the candidate 'passes', they will receive a phone call from the person responsible for making the hiring decision.

Three round interview process. Pretty much the same questions are asked just with different managers. Lots of scenario questions. Pretty standard interview nothing out of the ordinary I.e. Strengths, weaknesses, what do you like about first national etc.
