Go directly for the interview, and go to the office. HR asked me some easy questions, and they I am back. After 2 days I got the offer. its pretty straightforward. They need people, So don't worry. Behave like a hard worker.

The environment is nice and the people is very kind.
But the questions is not so professional for accounting job seeker.
Even though its boss are Chinese,but the employee there speak good English.
It is a very fast growing business. They desperately need sales person and technician.
