Interview
Was called and asked about my abilities then scheduled to take 2 PAN assessment tests. Then scheduled for a mechanical test. After passing that you will have a job offer,physical,and background check. After passing those you are hired given a start date. Screening process is thorough. Took a few weeks for all to happen
