Informal interview with one of the managing directors about past projects. Very personable staff and friendly work environment. Background check process is very rigorous and took about two weeks to complete.

Both were virtual through teams, both interviews had 2 people. Very relaxed and comfortable during both interviews. Even received compliments on my resume. Enjoyed both interviews. The owners daughter was in my first interview.
