First Solar Analytics Engineer III interview questions

phone interview with HR, phone interview with the hiring manager and then onsite interview - i was interviewed for a position under "Director of Project Scheduling - Engineering, Procurement and Construction ". I would rate my experience negative. When I interviewed in August 2017, two analytics engineer had recently left the company. That flags to be as some sort of leadership or the company problem. The interview was not technical at all. It seems that they want someone with Tableau expertise and DOE experience. I am average at Tableau and they could have asked me about the same over the phone. I got a feeling that they didnt respect my time. They didnt give me a proper feedback regarding why did they reject me.
