Interview
They perform interviews on the spot, as long as you are eligible to become a school bus driver. Bring your social security card, your driver's license, and a school bus eligibility form (from your local dmv).
They will do a phone interview first, and they will ask some question about why do you want to be a school bus driver and what is your advantages than other candidates.

No interview process, just sign up and pass the background drug and physical test, then fill out paperwork and start training which they’ll provide transportation for and multiple choice testing for your CDL

They are very short staffed right now, so as long as you meet the basic requirements you will be hired. I was not interviewed, I simply started the hiring process.
