Very paper based. Did complete in a timely manner. The company needed the position filled quickly based on an opening they had for the position and I was referred by a current employee at the Banking Center.

Asked questions that pertained to the company. Questioned were behavioral based but being a small company they were not uniform. Mostly sales related and about commitment around time and concerns about commitment to Banking Center.
