It was quite simple and not frustrating. I applied for the position online and I was contacted within a few days by the Recruiting Manager. We set up a time to talk (a preliminary screening) which was about 15 minutes. Then I went into the office for an interview which went very well. The recruiter was nice and really explained the position well to me. She called me a few days later to offer my the position and send an offer of employment to me.
