While I didn't get the position, I felt that the entire interview process was very straightforward and organized. I was in communication with the Sales and Marketing Coordinator and throughout the entire process, they were organized and responsive. Within two weeks I had gone through the screening process (phone), interview (Zoom call), and learned the hiring results. This is the first interview I've had in awhile where I felt like I wasn't just a number in their hiring process, and really appreciated that they did not ghost me for months or send an automated rejection email.
