I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FirstSteps for Kids in June 2025
Interview
The team reached out to set up a phone interview the week after I applied. I submitted my availability via their online scheduling platform, and they quickly responded to confirm the interview. It was under 20 minutes, and they asked pretty standard interview questions. I was invited for an in-person interview the following week. I met with two members of the team for about 30 minutes and answered more questions about my experience. Overall, I'd say the interview experience was pretty average.

Some questions they asked me were what drew me to the company, my administrative experience, how I stay organized, and why I think I'm a good fit for the role.

Interview
Phone interview, hour long zoom interview. They invited me to tour their office, and said they’d have an answer towards application the next day. They made me wait till the end of the week all to get an email saying I wasn’t selected by the employer. Almost lost another job offer because of this.

Interview
It was a simple interview process. There was only one in-person interview with the administrative director. Very predictable questions throughout the interview. Heard back very quickly about a job offer.
