Casual discussion. Didn't even read my resume to understand my work background before interview meet-up. Waste of time talking to greenhorns. Realized the interviewing personel was just a stand-in as the actual interviewer was busy. Was called back shortly after I left the building after interview ended saying the other interviewer is now available. Only entertained as I had time to kill.
